About Herdoos
Herdoos makes kids’ personal grooming fun! These hair brushes are bright, colorful, and fun & easy to use. Kids love them and they make the “getting ready” battle between parents and kids virtually disappear. Good habits start early, and these hairbrushes are not only fun to use, but reinforce good behaviors in kids.
These products also make great gifts for birthdays, special occasions, sleepover parties, overnights with grandma, or “just because you’re you.”

Q: Who created my brush?
A: The Herdoos brushes are designed by a collection of artists from around the world selected by the Herdoos company.
Q: What are Herdoos brushes made of?
A: The brushes are made of a poly-acrylic resin. They are sturdy and have a little weight to them; they feel great in your hand. Q: Are the brushes handpainted?
A: Yes. All brushes are handpainted. Each brush is one of a kind.
Q: Are Herdoos good quality hairbrushs?
A: All of the Herdoo's brushes are made with functionality in mind. Hairstylists have said they are good cushion brushes.
Q: Are Herdoos brushes good for children's hair?
A: The bristles on the brushes are coated, SOFT tips. The cushioned brush works great for children's hair. Adults with very long hair have also given us positive feedback on how strong and durable the brushes are for their long and super-hard to handle hair. One customer, Monique, has hair right about her bottom (yep, it's long!) and she loves the Princess brush. She also had to have the Frog brush. She loves how easy it combs her long hair. She's 48 years old and gets a kick out of the brush. She said it was a great way to start her morning seeing it in the holder on her vanity.
Q: Can I wash my hairbrush?
A: Yes, it can be gently wiped off. It is not recommended to submerse the brush in water.
Q: Will my brush break if I drop it?
A: The brushes will survive a fall onto carpet, but should be handled with care over hard surfaces. |

Communications
You will get a payment acknowledgement which also lists your shipping address and the item(s) you purchased. It is important that you report any errors immediately because we ship fast!
You will also receive an email with your tracking number on the day your order ships.
If you use a spam blocker, make sure that mother-turistas.com is on your approved list. I get very testy if I get returned mail and then you email and ask me if your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges
Please use the postage calculator to check on the total for your zip code. Click on the link just below the shipping charge for one item, or scroll to the bottom of the page.
USPS is my preferred method except for very heavy items. Cost is calculated by weight and distance.
PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT profit from shipping charges. My charges are usually a little less than my actual charges. Keep in mind that all carriers have been raising their fees at least once or twice a year. I note this because for feedback rating purposes I'd like you to please keep in mind the high cost of these fees.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is offered as an option to the buyer. However, if no insurance is purchased I will NOT be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. No exceptions! I don't use USPS insurance because it's so hard to make a claim, but do provide third party insurance at the same rates.
Shipping Time
We do our very best to ship within 1-2 days of payment cleared. If you are in a rush, give us your deadline as a date. If you instruct us to ship "ASAP", it just goes into the normal queue and gets no special handling.
Tracking
Tracking is always supplied free of charge.
