Will It Fit my LCD?
Please check the weight of your TV or LCD, it must be less than 66 lbs.
If your LCD Monitor or TV has 4 or 6 holes on the back of
the screen, and they are either 50 x 50 mm ( 2" x 2"), 75 x 75 mm ( 3 X 3" )or
100x100 mm ( 4" x 4" ), 200x100mm (8" x 4 " ), or 200x200 ( 8" x 8") apart from
each other horizontally or vertically, this bracket will fit.
If you currently have a stand attached to your LCD TV this is usually removed
prior to fitting the wall mount and 4 holes should be revealed.
If your TV has VESA 400x200 or 600x400, this mount does not
fit. You need a mount with larger TV plate. We have the right mount for your
TV in our Ebay store. Please make sure what mount your TV needs before you place
order. If you are not sure, please send a message to us. We will check for you.

Domestic Shipping
- Standard domestic shipping rate good for all 48 contiguous United States. APO/FPO
addresses, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Virgin Islands etc may cost extra. There is note in item description for the extra shipping cost if there is any.
- Standard shipping use USPS Mail or UPS Ground. Both methods provide online
tracking status. The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order has
shipped.
- The shipping method will be determined by the product purchased and your
shipping location. The shipping method is not selectable by the customer.
International Shipping
- Most item ship to Canada and selected countries, see item description for details.
International buyer is responsible for customs tax and all related fees.

Warranty and Return Policies

- In case of mounting bracket not fit your TV,
email us with your TV brand and model number, we will research and find
correct product, and arrange upgrade or exchange for you.
- All products come with our 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the
item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we
will replace the defective item for you.
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in
the original packaging.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We
carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing credits, or
exchanges.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price
and shipped via traceable means.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Procedures
- Please send an message to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent
any losses or damages in transit.
- Merchandise must be sent back in the original
packaging and displaying the appropriate RMA number outside shipping box.
- All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue.
- Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or
expired RMA number will not be accepted.
