    • Actual seat numbers will not be provided for privacy purposes. The winning bidder has the right to request this information at anytime.
    • Tickets are either hard stock or electronic  format.  It all depends on how they are delivered to us from the promoter
    • Seating locations and/or venue maps listed in the auction are provided based on the information we are given from the promoter. Exact seat locations may vary, therefore it is the winning bidders responsibility to confirm the actual seat location in the venue prior to submitting payment.
Payment ::
    • Unless otherwise noted, all listings require immediate payment. This insures fast turnaround time for shipment and eliminates any delays in payment.
Shipping ::
    • All tickets MUST be delivered via FedEx. Both hard and e-tickets (electronic) formats must be sent via this method, NO EXCEPTIONS unless otherwise noted.
    • Tickets will be delievered once they are received from the promoter. Most tickets are in hand at the time the order is placed, however sometimes tickets may not be delievered until 1 week before the event.
    • Shipping fees are non-negotiable. Insurance is free up to $100. Additional insurance is available at an additional cost upon request of the winning bidder. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Refunds/Returns ::
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
    • In the event of a show cancellation; a full refund, minus any applicable fees, will be provided after the tickets are returned to us.
    • Events that are postponed to another date and not cancelled, are not due a refund. The tickets will be honored at the new date/time. Buyer agrees to these terms and assumes the risk of postponement or delay.
