Here you have a ball I am selling for a friend who had 60 or so relic bowling balls. This is a 14lb Roto-Grip RC-5 from circa 1970. It's a total rubber ball and very porous. In the day this was Roto-grip's answer to the Brunswick lt-48. These balls had a top weight block and a side "puck" with added side weight and you had to drill a right handed version or left to obtain the statics you wanted.THIS IS A LEFT HANDED VERSION BUT IT CAN BE FLIPPED UPSIDE DOWN FOR A RIGHTHANDER!!!!. Basically this concept was ahead of it's time. This ball was made in Port Chester N.Y which is where Roto-Grip started as a company.See pics. This is ball is 14.05 and 2.00 top. I was informed that back in the 1970's these were some of the most expensive balls on sale. Since this is being sold for a friend I was asked to sell high but have a best offer available. This is an outstanding example for collectors of rare bowling equipment. . ITEM WILL BE DOUBLE BOXED WHEN SHIPPED. .................Please check out my other ebay auctions and items in my store. You will find killer shirts like I wear along with other bowling items. Autographed Picture for the buyer........www.dannywisemanbowling.com
