If a delivery is not able to be made under these circumstances, the buyer is responsible for any and all costs that incur. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check all deliveries for damage. If any damage is found it must be noted on the shipping companies receipt in order to file a claim. All packaging material must be kept for the claim to be valid. Check your purchase immediately for any damage that may have occurred in transit. Our shipping quotes include maximum liability insurance.
