Odds and Ends Most of your questions can be answered by the next few paragraphs. Please read should you have questions regarding my auctions. If your question is not answered, please feel free to email me and I usually will respond within 24 hours.

Shipping and Handling: My shipping and handling covers postage, delivery confirmation (USA ONLY), and handling fees . Insurance is additional. If you are purchasing a fragile item, I highly recommend insurance. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. Many people question why a seller charges handling fees. Many of us have to charge this to cover our overhead, just as a store would do. (International customers please read below for international rules and shipping)

Shipping time: I usually ship within 24 hours of payment. There are times when it may take 2 or 3 days to ship , which is rare, but being a full time wife, mom, worker and volunteer in non-profits keeps me a busy little bee! As you can see by my feedback, most people rave about my shipping time.

 Combined Shipping: I do offer a $1.00 discount off the shipping cost for each additional item purchased. Some items cannot be combined and will not offer a combined rate due to size.

International Shipping: I LOVE MY INTERNATIONAL BUYERS AND WELCOME THEIR BUSINESS! I have completed transactions with buyers in countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, Japan, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Ireland, Mexico and Malta with great success. I send everything with a customs form and mail it from the post office myself and keep proof of mailing. I do not mail with insurance or delivery confirmation unless the item is over 4 lbs and has to be sent Priority. I cannot be held liable for items lost, stolen or damaged once it leaves my hands. I have been fortunate not to encounter this problem though.

Feedback: I do not play the feedback game. If you pay for your item within a reasonable time (5 days) you will get positive feedback within 24 hours of payment. In turn, when you receive your item and you are pleased, I ask that you kindly leave positive feedback for me. This is important to me as a seller. Feel free to comment on condition, use, etc so other buyers know about my products.

 Payment terms: As mentioned above, I would appreciate payment within 5 days of auction end. If you are going to be delayed in sending payment, PLEASE just drop me an email so I don’t think that you are a deadbeat buyer. I will always work with you. Communication is the key.

Condition of items: Most of my items are brand new in the box / with tag. I do not sell refurbished items. I do sell used clothing and it will be stated if it is used. All used items are like new or excellent used. I do not sell ripped, stained, or shabby clothes. All items are from a smoke free and clean home.

 Bargain Hunting: I am always one for a good deal, however I am NOT a flea market !! Please do not try to bargain with me on prices or shipping. Prices are set and I will not end an auction early for you. I believe in being fair. If the item is a buy it now, that is just what it is. Unless it says “make your best offer”, please refrain from doing so.
