Brand new, direct from Black and Decker, PS160 12 volt battery charger (part numbers 418352-01,  418337-01 or  90500924).  Charger sent to you may not look EXACTLY like the one pictured, as Black and Decker has changed the style of the transformer at least once.  It will look VERY similar though.   For the post-type battery PS130 (not the slide-on Firestorm battery).

SHIPPING;

Shipping is always via either USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail, or FedEx 2-3 day air, or FedEx Ground Home Delivery (either way, you get the tracking number emailed to you). It is my choice. My auctions are shipped out almost every day of the week including Saturday, unless something unusual comes up, in which case they will be shipped out the following business day. Never does it take more than one extra day for me to ship an item.  Overnight service is available also, for an additional fee (see the shipping section below for info on that).  The shipping listed is for the 50 United States only.  For other countries or US Territories, email me for a price quote.

Overnight FedEx service is available;

I usually ship via FedEx 2-3 day air service, but standard FedEx overnight service is available for an additional charge (in which case you also get free insurance coverage up to $500). If you want next-day service, and FedEx offers it to your address, just choose that option when you pay (you'll have to use the drop-down box to select “NEXT DAY/Overnight” shipping. Be sure to give me a NON-PO box address if you want next day service, since FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes (yet!). I was told that they are in negotiations with them to provide this service now, but do not currently offer it.  If standard overnight service is NOT available to your address, I will refund you the extra fee paid.  This rarely happens, and only occurs to addresses that are located in very rural locations.

Wisconsin shipments;

I must charge STATE sales tax of 5.6% on shipments to Wisconsin locations (or items picked up in Milwaukee). There are no additional shipping or handling fees to pick this item up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin other than the sales tax of 5.6%.

 Please give me a CORRECT address and your phone number!!

If the Post Office cannot locate your address, the item will be returned to me. If this happens, I can either refund your auction payment (minus the original shipping fee, the return shipment delivery fee if any, the eBay listing fee, the selling auction fee and the PayPal fees if any), or I can ship it to another address if you pay another shipping fee of $4.99. So it is a good idea to provide me with your phone number in case I need to contact you. It is also a good idea to be sure your email and physical addresses on your PayPal and eBay accounts are correct and up to date.

If the FedEx cannot locate your address, and it is incorrectly given to me, then there will be a $10 fee charged to you in order to receive your package.  That is what FedEx will charge me, and I just pass the charge on to you for providing me with an incorrect address.  Sorry!

Canada and Mexico Shipments:

I do not usually ship to these locations, nor any other location.  You can email me for a quote if you like, but the shipping fees are usually too high to make it worth your while.

Warranty;

All items may be returned within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.  Full refund, minus shipping fees, will be given once the item is received back in the same working condition that it was sent to you in.  You will be required to respond to an email from eBay saying that you returned the item (this allows me to recover my fees from eBay for your auction).   All items are sold as-is.  No warranty implied, since these items are electrical in nature, and lightning could strike your house with this item plugged in.  I can’t be held responsible for situations like that, therefore all items are sold as-is.  My feedback record should show you that I do NOT sell junk.  I test all items thoroughly.
