A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
I do combine shipping unless the items are very large. I want to give the best deal to my customers. If you are buying multiple items, email me and let me know. I usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment except weekends and holidays. If you pay me before 10:00 am Pacific Time on week days, it will go out that same day. I offer parcel post on most of my listings. It is cheap and slow. If you use parcel post keep in mind it can take up to two weeks to arrive even if I sent out the same day paid plus there is no tracking. I give 100% FIVE-STAR shipping. I do not mark up shipping nor do I charge for handling even when I have to buy packing materials. I charge what ebay charges me for shipping only. You pay what I pay.
