THEN WHEN I GOT IT HOME, I FOUND IT ONLY CAME WITH THE SMALL CUFF AND I REQUIRED A LARGE CUFF.  SO, I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER $22.00 PLUS SHIPPING TO GET THE LARGE CUFF SO I COULD USE IT. 

THIS MONITOR COMES WITH BATTERIES AND BOTH SMALL AND LARGE CUFFS.  YOU CAN OPEN THE BOX AND USE THE MONITOR REGARDLESS OF HOW LARGE OR SMALL YOU ARM IS.

GUARANTEE:  Everything we sell carries a thirty (30) day, “No Questions Ask” guarantee.  If the item is not what you ordered (we screwed up and shipped you the wrong item), the item is broken or does not work (we check everything before it is listed), send it back and we will credit your PayPal account the full amount you paid plus what you paid to ship it back. (We will advise how to ship it back when you notify us about a problem).  Should you just not like the item once you received it, return shipping will be at your expense.  We will only credit you back what you paid, cost of item and shipping. 

SHIPPING:  Some items are sold with shipping included.  Since we are paying the cost of shipping, we will select the method that is the most economical.  For those items where the buyer pays the shipping, we try to give you several choices as to how you want your purchase shipped.  Of course, the faster the shipping, the higher the cost will be.  Understand, we only charge actual shipping cost.  Should there be a "Handling Charge" on a listing, it is only to cover additional packing cost for that particular item.

Once an item is paid for, we will ship it within 24 hours.

PAYMENTS:  Not much to say here since eBay has reduced payments to PayPal.  However, PayPal can take any type payment you want to use, and, setting up a PayPal account cost you nothing.  Besides, you get some very good Buyer Protection with paying with PayPal.  If PayPal is not your cup of tea then send me an email and we will work out something that is your cup of tea.

When a sale closes, you will receive an Invoice for your purchase.  If you are not going to pay for your purchase right away, please drop us an e-mail and let us know the time-table you plan to make the payment.  If we do not hear from you by e-mail or a payment within seven (7) days, we will file with eBay to cancel the sale so we can get the merchandise re-listed.
