The fine craftsmanship of this kitchen island creates a vintage European old world charm and is made from a combination of Eastern White Pine and other kiln-dried select hardwoods from managed forests.  The top is a Solid Maple Butcher Block. The base features plentiful storage space with sturdy mortise-and-tenon construction and dovetailed drawers. The Production Time is approximately 3-4 weeks for this item. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday (except holidays). If a manufacturer defect is found, we require written notification within 24 hours at which point we will make submit the necessary information to the manufacturer for you to receive a repair or replacement in accordance to the manufacturer's policy. If shipping damage was incurred, the customer must indicate the damage on the delivery paperwork prior to the driver leaving and notify us within 24 hours for the claim process. 

Your order is immediately placed with the manufacturer upon payment and scheduled for production. We require both a day and evening phone number where we (and the shipping carrier) can reach you. Once your furniture is produced and shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number and will keep you informed of any updates concerning your order.  Custom orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed in production. If your order is canceled prior to production, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. We do not accept returns, however, our Brand New, Never Used and Excellent furniture is guaranteed to arrive in the excellent condition as described.
