A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
Here is a set of 12.4 24 R-1 8 ply rating tractor tires that are in good shape they are wore down some but I would say they are at least 20-30%. I did not see any patches or cuts in these tires They do have a little bit of dry rot but it is not very bad. The tire on the left looks like it may have been rubbing on something it is not very deep as you can see in the pics. There is not much tread on these but they would makek a good set to put on you mowing tractor because they wont cut up the ground with the lugs as bad.
