Shipping

Standard shipping is free via USPS Media Mail, or $3.99 for expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail. All items will ship out of our facility within 48 business hours from receipt of order, excluding holidays. Allow 6-10 shipping days for standard shipping, and 3-4 days for expedited shipping. Please provide a correct USPS shipping address to ensure timely delivery! We do not reship returned items due to incorrect address.

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via email at sales@gwmarinette.org regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
