Very excellent used condition. Includes both plastic shelves with no breaks or cracks. Recently washed and ready for shipment. There is something sticky on the chalk board that I was not able to remove. I was all out of goo-gone and that stuff usually removes all sticky residues. Never played with or stored outdoors. No weather wear. No major gouges or scratches.
