FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does your product use any adhesive?
No. All Wallpaper For Windows window films are non-adhesive. They adhere to the glass surface by static cling.
Can it be used on surfaces other than glass?
Yes. Our window film can be used on any smooth, nonporous surface -- such as plexi-glass and lexan plastics.
Does your window film block out all sunlight?
No. It will diffuse sunlight, reduce glare, and filter UV rays, while letting a more pleasant, natural light into the room.
Can I do this myself?
Yes. Our adhesive-free (static cling) window film is a Do-It-Yourself project. It can be applied in minutes, but will last for years! An applicator squeegee is included in the box. The only other item that you need is a spray bottle with water and a couple drops of liquid soap. Full instructions are included with each product.
Can this product be cut to fit my small sidelights?
Yes. It can easily be cut to size with scissors or a utility knife. Just measure your windows; trace the pattern or size on the window film backing paper; and trim. Even a DIY beginner can do it!
Will the heat or cold affect it?
No. Our product is not affected by the elements. It actually insulates your glass, thereby reducing energy costs.
Can I use your window film on my shower doors?
Yes, please do! Moisture will not affect this "wallpaper". However, you should install the window film on the outside of the enclosure. (Glass must have a smooth, non-textured glass.)
Once I have the window film installed, how do I clean it?
The best cleaner to use is soapy water, but you can use your normal glass cleaner as well.
I have an oval-shaped window. What patterns will work best for this window?
All of our designs are developed to be flexible. We have two types of designs: wallpaper designs and strong element designs. The "wallpaper" designs (such as Austin, Aspen, Chateau, Eden Privacy, Eden Clear, Everleaf, Frosted, Frost Lite, Glass Block, Pebble Privacy, and Pebble Clear) are the most flexible. They can be used either vertically or horizontally, and they are easy to trim and fit any window (oval, arched, half-round, triangular, rectangular), cabinet doors, or shower enclosures. These designs also looked great on standard glass doors.
The strong element designs (such as Doral, Ritz, Orleans, Monte Carlo, Faith, and South Beach) are used primarily for glass doors. They work especially well for the most popular glass doors: 30-inch-wide & 36-inch-wide French doors, storm doors, sliding glass doors, and patio doors.
Our stained glass designs Atlantis, Biscayne Privacy, Biscayne Clear, Grapevine Privacy, Grapevine Clear, Mandalay Privacy, Mandalay Clear, Napa Privacy, Rhapsody, and Savannah) also work well trimmed, although a bit of forethought is recommended.
How do I remove and store the film?
Easily! To remove, simply start in one corner to peel the vinyl off the surface. Because this film is non-adhesive, static cling, no messy residue is left on the surface. If you intend to use it on a different surface, it is best to do so immediately.
How do I store the film?
When the window film is removed, some shrinkage will occur. So, to store the film for reuse later, return the product to the backing paper it came on, roll it up, and store in a dry place.

SHIPPING
We ship only within the continental United States. Shipping is $7.00. If purchasing more than one of these items, each additional item is a $2.50 shipping fee.
All items are shipped via UPS Ground and therefore we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes and addresses MUST be PayPal verified.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns of Like New / Unused merchandise are accepted less a 5% restocking fee. We must be contacted within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Upon receipt and verification that the returned merchandise is in Like New / Unused condition, a refund for the price of the product less a 5% restocking fee will be issued.
Refused shipments will be refunded less a 5% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Items that are either lost or damaged in transit must be reported to us and to the carrier within 14 days of expected arrival date (if lost) or arrival date (if damaged). In some circumstances the product must be held temporarily by customer for possible inspection by shipping company.
Upon notification of the event and confirmation of the shipping company’s acceptance of responsibility, we will immediately reship the affected parts of the shipment.
