 Magazine is in excellent condition and missing back cover. Large 11X14". Puck ran from 1877 to 1918 and was America's first successful humor magazine. It's a beautiful magazine and was the first to publish color lithographs weekly. It's primary competitor was Judge. Both magazines generally had the front and back covers and a centerfold in color. 

Here the cover shows Whitney trying to get Roach on his boat the Dolphin, but he wants nothing to do with it now. Centerfold is "Barred out from the Promised Land." Left out of Washington is McLean, Grady, Thompson, Spinola, Mclaughlin, Davidson, a number of ward workers and bosses.    . In Black and white: Dana and Holman, Cats on roller skates, Streets of New York-home of the microbes. Dynamite outrage. Piano instructor.    . Lots of other articles and ads.
