RETURNS:

·         Customer must ship package back at buyers expense, within the 5 days of delivery  date, or no returns will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued. 

·         Customers must provide the tracking number for the return package to eBay member:  HopHeadEnt.  Refunds are issued only when we have received and visually inspected the merchandise.  The returned product must not be damaged or tampered with for a refund to be issued.   Shipping fees will not be refunded.
