Unique Material, not made of rubber
IOMIC grip's quality and performance is a result of a specially formulated elastic polymer. IOMIC grips are made using high pressure injection molding to achieve its superb quality. Using this method, we are able to achieve a truly consistent grip. The weight on each grip has a differential of plus minus 2 grams. The method used to produce conventional rubber grips have a 5 to 8 gram margin of error.

• USA 48 STATES - $FREE by USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail.
• COMBINE SHIPPING(USA)- $FREE if bought as second item. We combine shipping for auctions end within 5 days. The item with highest original S/H rate will always be count as first item when combine shipping. Some items cannot be combined because of shape or safety reasons. Do NOT pay until all items you want to combine end. Only items paid together can be combined.
• Canada - $14.00 by USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail + $7.00 (Required Insurance)

Check your tracking# and if 8-11 digit of the tracking# is 9101 or the tracking# begins with 9101, then the package was shipped via USPS and you can track the package from www.usps.com If those 4 digits are 9102 instead of 9101, you can track the package from http://www.ups-mi.net/packageID

Shipping: US Domestic

• Please include any special instructions in the memo field of the order on your PayPal checkout.
• All shipping takes place within 2 BUSINESS days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• We only ship and do NOT have a pick up location.
• If your address is in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or an APO then you will be charged additional shipping cost unless the shipping charge is not the same as other regions in US.

Shipping: International

• Sellers are not responsible for service transit time unless delaying is due to our shipping error.
• Transit time can be expanded due to various reasons like processing from customs, national holidays, or weather conditions.
• We do NOT mark items at a lower value or as a gift.
• All international buyers are responsible for the importing customs duty.
• If your item is sent via USPS international priority, a item is not eligible tracking therefore please notice that and please purchase higher shipping method for your own convenient.
  

Payment

• We accept payment via PayPal only.
• Make sure your all information in both eBay and PayPal are valid and up-to-date. We are not responsible for undeliverable/returned packages due to wrong/incomplete addresses provided and buyers need to pay for re-shipping fee.
• DO NOT email after payment is completed for address change as we can only ship to an address that is on PayPal payment.

Returns

• Most items can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date. Opened items or damaged manufacturer boxes will be charged 15% restocking fee.
• Please contact us at cs@oljinternational.com for Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) and return instruction. Item must be returned in original packing with all contents.
• The RMA# must be clearly written on the return package. Otherwise the package will be refused.
• In case of item defect, we will pay for the shipping cost of resending items, while buyers are responsible for the postal cost of returning the items.
• Shipping & Handling is not refundable and there will be 15% restocking fee on all return items.
• If you received the defective/damaged/wrong item, contact us know within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will replace the item without any extra cost.
• Items reported as defective will be checked upon arrival. If not found defective or if item is returned damaged (or found to be handled roughly), 25% restocking fee will be charged
