Own a part of the FASTEST growing city in New Mexico and one of the fastest in the USA. Rio Rancho was the #1 fastest growing city in the USA a couple of years ago and may well still hold the #2 position today. Rio Rancho is leading the state, and possibly the nation in economic recovery. The following 2 articles provide more information:

NO RESERVE AUCTION!!!!! Winning Bidder will OWN this land. This is a full price auction. If financing is needed, please inquire about other lots we have.
We have actually lived in Rio Rancho since 1989. Unlike other sellers of Rio Rancho land, we ACTUALLY LIVE and work in the community. I should add, we love it here. Just a quick summary of why we love it here. Great weather, great schools, low crime, low cost of living, near a big city without living in the big city. We have a 19 year old daughter, and appreciated having her in one of the top school districts in New Mexico (thanks to Intel money). Need I say more? Links below will provide actual statistics on jobs, schools, climate, events, etc.
One more advantage we have of living in the Rio Rancho community. We know where the GOOD lots are. Lots, like this one in are selling for around $7000 to $19,000 per 1 acre. Several eBay listings and several Real Estate sites back this up. Several maintained roads go through this unit. An easily traversed road goes right to the lot. So access is guaranteed. Heck, I drove my Camry to this lot.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime. 1.0 acres of flat, easy to build on land. At around 5300 feet elevation, this lot offers views in every direction. This is your chance to buy a property that you could put your dream home on. If you like space, scenery, privacy, and wild life, than this is the land for you. Add to this, great year round weather, with 4 seasons: mild winters, great springs, warm summers, wonderful autumns and a lot to do.
This peaceful community boardering Albuquerque, NM has all the big city conveniences with the small city advantages. An international airport is only 30 minutes away. A major shopping mall is about 2 miles away. TWO Super Walmarts have been built within the past 2 years. A major state University is about 20 miles away. The university is opening a campus in Rio Rancho in 2009. A community college is opening a campus in 2009 or 2010. A major hospital will soon be built within Rio Rancho city limits. A beautiful golf course is within the city itself. Almost forgot, for those using an Intel based computer, your chips were built at the Rio Rancho branch of Intel. Hewlett Packard is opening a service center in 2009 in Rio Rancho. HP will be hiring 1300 people from the local community.
So whether you wish to retire, or raise your family, I can say from personal experience that Rio Rancho is a great place to do it. If you are interested in learning more, and do not want to rely on my sales pitch, please check out the links that I have provided. Even I learned something from these links. Having raised a daughter in Rio Rancho, I appreciated the links relating to the school system.
Zoning is residential, mobiles OK. No Leans and taxes are around $40 a year and current through 2008. No association fees or time limit to build. Power and phone are nearby. Water and sewer are by well and septic (the norm for this area). I should add, the water in Rio Rancho is so good, that it is bottled and sold in Albuquerque as bottled water. Just as an aside: I used to be an environmental chemist in a major lab. I have personally tested the local water in the lab and found it to be very good. Very good, well maintained, dirt roads lead to the parcel.
The highest bidder will own this parcel of land. One seller is getting $14,000 for a 1/2 acre parcel in Unit 26 with financing. Granted, his price was RETAIL. But this is eBay after all. We all shop eBay for the bargains, not retail prices.
THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE FINAL PURCHASE PRICE.

As with any purchase, the buyer should always do their due diligence. We have described this property to the best of our ability and based on information that we were able to acquire from various sources. We are not responsible for errors or omissions.
We have been dealing in land and real estate for over 6 years. Our first purchase was from eBay. We have since purchased and sold scores of lots from eBay and other sources. All of our land ownership is recorded with their respective counties and this information is available to the public. The owner's phone number and address is on record in the Albuquerque, NM phone book and has been the same number for over 11 years. Since high dollar amounts are involved here, it never hurts to validate ownership.
