RETURN POLICY: NON-CUSTOM-BUILT LIGHTS

Customer satisfaction is our priority with all builds.

A lot of time and precision go into the making of a piece. With that in mind, all lights ship out of our facility carefully packaged and fully insured.

PLEASE BE SURE TO INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL FOR DAMAGES!
Any structural damage incurred in transit must be documented immediately in order for the carrier to honor claims.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the light within 15 days of the delivered date. The light must be returned in new, unused and in resalable condition in its original packaging. Returns handled in this manner will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is at the customers expense on non-damaged returns.

RETURN POLICY: CUSTOM-BUILT LIGHTS

Burgers designs each light based on the customers selections of stain preference, graphics, color and font choices. We are not responsible for any misspelled lettering or wrong choices. We will retain a copy of all submitted work orders as proof of final design specifications. Obviously, if we notice any spelling we deem in question, we will make every attempt to contact the customer prior to building in order to make corrections. We stress that, "what you order , you will get", so please take the time initially to submit the correct information when designing your light. We pride ourselves on quality construction and design, however for custom designed lighting

This does not include structural damage to framework, panes, or electrical components.
