We offer three flat rate shipping options and between these options we will ship to the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and any APO/FPO military address. All delivery estimates include 1 to 3 days for order processing after checkout is completed.
To help save you money, we do offer combined shipping for all 3 of our shipping options. To combine shipping, items must be purchased within 3 days, shipping options must be the same, and your order total will determine what your final shipping fee is.
Standard Shipping with delivery to the continental US only:
We will ship via UPS Ground (4 to 9 business days, no PO boxes) or delivery to PO boxes via USPS Parcel Post (4 to 14 business days).
For order totals between $1.00 to $65.00, standard shipping is just $7.95.
For order totals between $65.01 to $95.00, standard shipping is just $3.95.
For order totals over $95.00, shipping is free!
Expedited Shipping is available with delivery to the continental US only, no PO boxes:
We will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air (2 to 4 business days).
For order totals up to $66.50, expedited shipping is just $19.95.
For order totals over $66.50, expedited shipping is then 30% of the total order.
Other Location Shipping with delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands or any APO/FPO military address:
We will ship via USPS Air Mail (2 to 3 weeks).
For order totals up to $66.50, other shipping is just $19.95.
For order totals over $66.50, other shipping is then 30% of the total order.
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when the order is shipped via UPS only. When standard shipping is selected, USPS Priority Mail may be substituted for an individual smaller item and/or items weighing less than a pound. Most media and all DVDs we sell are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A confirmation number will be e-mailed to you when any item is shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day your order is shipped. We guarantee that your item will look as described and as shown in the listing. If any item arrives defected or with any damage, simply let us know and we will begin the process of a refund and/or exchange. Some items may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If any item has to be returned to us, we will mail out pre-paid shipping labels to pay for the return shipping. Because we have insurance on our items, in some cases, an item may not have to be returned for an exchange. All we might need is just a couple of pictures showing the damage that can be e-mailed to us.
Any non-defective, non-damaged items that are returned will inquire a 20% re-stocking fee.
The bottom line is we want you to be happy with the products you ordered from us. To that extent, we will do everything possible to quickly rectify any problem order.
