How To Submit Your Engraving Instruction
If you wish to personalize-engrave you must submit your name, initial or message in the "Message to Metallicimage" section When Making your checkout from Ebay.
If "Message to Metallicimage" section is blank we will asume you don't want any message engraved.
Be sure to indicate your font style and use correct capitalization on all letters.
If you do not specify a font type when providing your engraving instructions, we will engrave your items with the
default font.

Our Policy
At the Metallicimage we truly strive for total customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. Please be sure your custom selections are exactly as you want them to be. Corrections to custom orders are sometimes impossible to do. Refunds are not available on customized pieces, although we will make efforts to assure your satisfaction. On all Non-Customized items if within 14 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, simply return it for a full refund (less delivery charges). However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified or abused will not be accepted for refunds.
Shipping Information
Your order will be shipped immediately within 1-3 working days once your payment and engraving instructions (optional) are received. We also offer shipping discount of $2 for each additional item purchased from us.
Please note in order to qualify and take advantage of our combined shipping discount policy you must wait until all auctions close and "Buy It Now" selections are made before checking out. Our checkout system will generate one consolidated invoice for all items purchased within 10 days.
