• RytherCamera provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee that all new items will arrive as listed in working order. 
• Seller is not responsible for lost/damaged items if uninsured.
• If an item arrives defective or not as listed please perform the following: 
• Contact us to obtain approval. Items must be returned with prior approval within 7 days of receipt of goods to qualify. Return shipping paid by customer. Otherwise all sales are final. Item must be in new - unused condition with all accessories, documents, boxes. Any missing items, signs of use or damage will result in declined return.
• All other defective merchandise after 7 days are to be returned to manufacturer under specific warranty. No exceptions. Electronic items can only be returned if sealed or defective. All open box - used items will be rejected for refund unless defective.
• Approved non damaged merchandise will be subject to 15% restocking fees, less any shipping cost if shipped free. All other shipping fees and insurance paid are non-refundable.
• RMA # (returned merchandise authorization) required or return will be rejected.
• DOA or defective upon arrival must be reported within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Your item will be exchanged for the same product. If the model is no longer available the equal value model will be offered or a refund will be issued if no longer available.
• All refunds will be issued in the form of payment received.
