 This comic has not been expertly graded but from researching CGC ratings, I believe this could be rated as very fine.

This is an excellent copy of Amazing Spiderman #74 with outstanding eye appeal.
Cover is flat with minimal surface wear around edges.
Cover colors are bright and retains original luster,  corners ever so blunt.
Spine is flat, staples firmly attached,center fold intact
 Pages are off white to cream and supple, clean and crease free.
                                               
I believe you will not be disappointed, should you purchase it. A one owner item from a non smoking household.
This is an amazing collectible copy that has been stored for over thirty five years.
