- The day we recive your iPhone we will check it into our system and email you to confirm receipt
- We will assign a technican to start the repair the same day we receive it. We will open up your iPhone, remove any foreign material from the instide of the phone, remove the broken glass / glass fragments from the mid plate, clean the entire surface, install the new Screen & Digitizer, and once finished (same day) we will completely test the unit for functionality and print out a test report
- We package and return ship to you immediately via USPS priority or UPS ground depending on your return shipping address at our expense. If you want it shipped back quicker we have overnight service available as well.

HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE ?
The
actual repair time usually only takes 30 minutes from the time we check
it into our system and our techs have completed the replacement and
documented the tests. The time in which your specific phone will be
started depends on when we receive it within the delivery day. If the
phone is received by 1pm it will be worked on same day, and will be
packaged for return shipment that night.
DO YOU USE THE SAME PARTS SEEN HERE ON EBAY ?
No, we only use original OEM parts for our repairs.
DO YOU REPAIR OTHER IPOD ISSUES ?
Yes, we repair all iPod issues. If your phone has multiple issues we can take care of most things same day
DO YOU REPAIR WATER DAMAGED iPODS ?

IF I ALSO NEED MY LCD REPLACED HOW MUCH DOES THAT COST ?
LCD replacement costs $69.99 and can be done same day as with most of our services.
WILL YOU USE PRY TOOLS OR LEAVE MARKS ON MY PHONE ?
No, we never use pry tools or any other do-it-yourself tools to work on phones. We have specialized tools to open all Apple products. These are NOT the garbage you see here on eBay included for free with parts purchases. Only repair centers in the daily business of repairing cellular products would normally have tools such as we use. Using any type of pry tool will almost always damage the delicate silicone seal and will instantly void any warranty you have from Apple. Damaging this seal will also allow dust and minor moisture to enter the phone
CAN'T I JUST BUY THE PARTS AND DO IT MYSELF ?
The simple answer is, sure if you're a repair tech you can fix anything on an iPod. If you're simply technically inclined and courious all you're going to do is damage your phone more. We work on iPods daily that people send us after "trying" to do it themselves with junk parts found here on eBay. It's never a pretty sight. Just like you might not attempt to tear apart your cars transmission you should think twice about opening up your $300 - $400 iPod without special training and skillful knowledge. DO I GET A WARRANTY ?
