Physical condition:   scratches or scuff, screens looks good (not sure its working condition), missing parts or some parts are broken.

More information:   The two laptops are for two lots, you will get one of them (not sure which one) if you just bid one lot.

Our items are mostly used, please do not assume it new if we do not list it "new".

If we do not list any accessory, it means it may not be included, such as ac adapter, software, cables, documents, etc.

No local pickup if we do not list it above,  and we do not ship orders by buyers' shipping accounts for bad experiences.

We ship in Canada and to continental USA, while some items can be shipped to other countries. Shipping  charge is not negotiable, including shipping, material, and handling.

We just ship orders to buyers' address on paypal, tracking number will be added to paypal and sent to your paypal email.

All orders are shipped via Canada post (under 30kg) or FedEx (over 30kg), otherwise stated above. Orders are always shipped within 0-5 business days after payment has been made.

All Canadian buyers are responsible for 5% GST, GST= 5% x (final price+shipping).  USA buyers do not pay sale tax.

We take paypal only, it is the safest way for both buyer and seller. All payment must be made within 7 days after auction closed, otherwise we have to file an unpaid strike to eBay.

We only accept return if you receive an item and it is not as described, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt of item to discuss Return / Refund options. For Canadian buyers, we just accept return via Canada post; and for US buyers, we accept return via USPS only.
