A unique Danish clog was discovered by husband and wife team, Mandy Cabot and Peter Kjellerup, in a tiny Denmark shop in the late 1980’s. The shoe took them by storm and they secured the exclusive rights to the design in 1991, when Dansko, Inc. was born. 1. The shoe size or style I want is not listed, can you get
it?
Email us with the shoe style and size you are interested in. If we do have
the shoes, we will begin an auction for them.
2. I bid by mistake, how do I retract my bid?
If there are more than 12 hours left in the auction, eBay will allow you to
retract your bid. The bid retraction form can be found here:
http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBidShow. If there is less than
12 hours left unfortunately you cannot retract your bid.
3. Combining shipping
Please let us know when all of your auctions have ended, and we ll issue an
invoice to include the combined shipping discount. Please wait until the
invoices are combined before sending your payment, as your shoes will ship when
they are paid. We ask that the invoices be combined within 7 days of the end
of the first auction.
4. Return policy
We accept returns on unworn shoes in original condition. Send the shoes back

Please enclose a short note with your name, the item number, and state that you
are returning them. The shoes and shoebox must be in original resalable
condition so please mail in an outer box or use wrapping paper. If you mail
the shoes in the box without outer wrap, they are not in original condition,
and you will not receive a full refund. Your PayPal account will be refunded
(less shipping) within three business days of our receiving the shoes.

We are happy to do exchanges (as long as we have the shoes you need in stock)!

would like in exchange. The only cost to you is shipping. You can pay our
PayPal account at one-2shoe@comcast.net. The shoes and shoebox need to be in

will reserve the other pair of shoes for you, and we will mail them as soon as
we receive the returned pair.
6. Shipping to Continental US
Our shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the shoes or boots.
Generally, our shipping is $9.95 for the first pair and $5.95 for each
additional pair via FedEx Ground. Shipping for heavier and bulkier items can be
up to $12.95 for the first pair and $5.95 each additional pair.
We ship through USPS Priority to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam,
US Virgin Islands, and APO addresses, which is $14.00 for the first item and
$5.95 for each additional item. Please let us know when you are done shopping,
so we may send a combined invoice to include the shipping discount. We reserve
the right to change shipping carriers.
7. Shipping to Continental US: Jewelry, Ornaments, and
Insoles
Shipping through USPS First Class is $5.70 for the first item and $1.25 for
each additional item (up to 3 items). Shipping through USPS Priority (up to 4
business-days) is $6.25 for the first item and $1.25 for each additional item
(up to 3 items). Insurance, which is highly recommended for any USPS shipment,
is $1.25 per shipment. If combined with shoes, the shipping is $2.85 for each
additional item. If multiple items are ordered, we may ship through FedEx at
no additional charge.
Shipping through FedEx is $9.95 for the first item and $1.25 for each
additional item (up to 3 items). Insurance is included with the first $100
with all FedEx shipments.
8. Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is $19.00 USD and $9.50 USD for each additional pair via
FedEx Ground. Please let us know when you are done shopping, so we may send a
combined invoice to include the shipping discount. If your invoice doesn t
show the correct shipping cost, please contact us, so we can issue an invoice
with the correct shipping.
There may be customs or duty fees incurred for receiving an international
package. You are responsible for any fees incurred, so please research prior to
bidding. Please see below for shipping fees. Insurance is included in your

9. Other International Shipping
We use UPS Worldwide Expedited/FedEx shipping to most international
destinations, which is $42.00 USD for the first item and $21.00 USD for each
additional item. Please let us know when you are done shopping, so we may send
a combined invoice to include the shipping discount. If your invoice doesn t
show the correct shipping cost, please contact us, so we can issue an invoice
with the correct shipping.

10. "Can you mark the package as a gift, or declare a lower value?"
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark packages as gifts or declare a lower
value, as that could cause problems for us with customs. We do only claim the
amount that was paid for the item, and not the shipping.
11. "How long will this take to ship?" (Continental U.S.)
We strive to ship within two business days of receiving payment. If you pay on
a Friday afternoon your package should go out on Monday. We cannot ship on
holidays when UPS and USPS are closed. If you choose the standard shipping
through UPS ground, it usually takes about 5-7 business days for delivery. We
do also offer USPS priority mail, and 2- and 3-day shipping options. There
should be a price list at the bottom of the listing -- if you have any
questions about shipping, please let us know!
12. Payment options:
As of October 1, 2008, eBay s policy is to accept payments through electronic
methods. At this time, we are only able to accept payments through PayPal,
which is the fastest and safest way to pay.
13. Error in listing/shipment
We strive for 100% accuracy, but mistakes do happen. Please email us at
one-2shoe@comcast.net. If we have made a mistake in our listings and/or our
shipment to you, so we can fix the error.
13. We work hard to keep every item in stock. However, due to sales
fluctuations, an item may be back-ordered. Please note our automatic refund
policy -- if an item is on back-order, you will automatically be issued a
refund within 5 days.
