How do I combine shipping?
To combine shipping for multiple items, please contact us after all auctions have
completed. Include the items numbers and your shipping address for a combined shipping

Only if you are an North Carolina resident. The sales tax amount is 8.7% for items
shipped within North Carolina.
What is DOA
DOA (Dead On Arrival) means that the item was tested and working as described when
it was shipped. Items that arrive DOA may be returned for a full refund (except
shipping fees). Buyer must contact us within 3 business days following receipt of
merchandise. Buyers pays all costs to return the item. Item must be returned in
the exact same condition with all accessories that were included. Damages caused
in shipment must be handled with the shipping carrier and does not qualify for DOA
return.
What if my item hasn't arrived?
Most items arrive within 10 days of us receiving payment. If you have not recieved
your item or recieved information from us concerning your order after 10 days please
contact us with the item number and your shipping address.

Used Items Used items can only be returned under our DOA policy.
You must contact us for an RMA number before the item can be returned. No items
without and RMA will be accepted.
Unopened items may be returned to us for a FULL refund
within 30 days of purchase minus a 15% restocking fee. We cannot return any shipping
and handling charges.
Opened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase minus a
50% open item fee. We cannot return any shipping and handling charges.
