Made up of two sets of beautiful twins, Elusion has put together an album that brings together jeep-funk hip-hop ("Reality," "Give It Up"), soultry ballads ("Gotta Have It," "Chillin') and modern R&B textures ("I Need A Real Man.") Twins Marie and Michelle are from the San Diego, CA area, while Tonya and Tamica were born in Selma, Alabama. Vocal arrangement is what makes this unique quartet standout from other R&B acts.
The overall sound of the record is smooth, although the dynamics change from up-tempo tunes to slow ballads. Other tracks to check out are "Bring That Lovin' On," "Better Think About It" and "Good and Plenty," which features lyrics from Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliot. "How Can You" contains a cleverly placed sample of Tina Turner's "What's Love Got To Do With It".
