All of our products carry full manufacturer's warranty. After 14 days,
please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims. All returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt of
the product in our warehouse. All refunds will be in original payment
form and exclude shipping charges. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the
return is a result of a Sparkle Pool Supply error, missing parts or freight
damage the restocking fee will be waived. Any product returned as "defective" is subject to
a Sparkle Pool Supply examination to determine its serviceability. If the
product is found to be defective, it will be replaced with the same
product. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable product if the
