7 days after the buyer receives it | All Sales Are Final. This is not withstanding obvious mistakes made on our part. In the un-groovy event there is an error on our part (i.e.: we sent the wrong item), we will pay all return postage costs to have that item delivered back to us and, of course, we will send the correct item out. Please contact us prior to sending anything back. Items must be in their original condition with similar or original packing.
