Refunds, Returns and Cancellations on Premade Ottomans only:

No Refunds on Custom Ottoman Orders

All orders are subject to 20% cancellation charge if the buyer wishes to return the item after the item is shipped restocking fee will be charged and shipping charges to ship the item back will be Borne by the buyer. In addition:

1) Goods must be in their original condition and in their original box and packaging. Any opened packaging must be resealed for collection
2) You are responsible for handing the goods over to the collection courier in perfect condition.
3) A refund will only be issued after goods have been inspected and are deemed to be in a saleable condition. These conditions do not apply to damaged goods, please see below.

Supplying a quality product is just one part of our business. Just as important is the service we provide to our customers, before and after the sale. Much of our trade comes from recommendations from existing customers, and we know that, when spending this kind of money on a product, our customers expect the best.


Delivery of Goods

Delivery dates are approximate and no liability can be accepted for late deliveries.   We used Fedex, UPS & USPS.
