| This classic elegant Georgian Medallion Stencil adds instant class to your room. Use it around a light fixture, or simply on the ceiling, it also works great for floor decoration. The stencil is designed and created by Cutting Edge Stencils out of durable 12 mil clear plastic stencil material. This material is strong but flexible, reusable and easy to clean. We love it so much more than standard 8 mil Mylar! It's not brittle, user friendly and just so easy to work with. In our many years of professional stenciling this material has proven to be far superior than any other stencil material we used. OUR MEDALLION IS A SINGLE OVERLAY DESIGN. THE ACTUAL FINISHED MEDALLION MEASURES 36" in diameter. Stencil half of it first, then rotate the stencil to complete the medallion. Also, you can use it with or without center section. (See pictures). This stencil is so easy to use, virtually anyone can do it. Simply tape the stencil to the ceiling using BLUE painter's tape, then load you foam roller with a paint of your choice (latex or acrylic). Then, roll the stencil applying medium pressure for an instant fabulous result! Rotate the stencil, position, re-tape and roll it again. Transform your room in less than 1 hour! You can stencil with acrylic or latex paint, stencil creams, fabric paint or plaster of your choice. Trowel the plaster through the stencil to achieve stunning dimensional effect! Use roller or brush, color it, experiment with metallics, add shading, or create a dramatic drop-shadow effect - possibilities are endless. We recommend using stencil spray adhesive when working with large stencils, however it is not necessary. (We just use tape). Make sure your surface is clean and dust free. Reusable, easy to clean. To clean, simply lay the stencil on a flat surface (like a baking tray) and lightly scrub with a dish washing brush under running water. Detailed stenciling instructions are included, as well as a color photo.
