• INSURANCE. Please add $3.00 for insurance. See item description for more details.

• We will answer technical questions to the to the best of our knowledge. We do not specialize in the products themselves, but in finding great deals on them, so please bear with us.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS:

• Any BUYER whose payment is not received within (10) days after purchase ("BUY IT NOW") will receive a Non-Paying Bidder Alert unless the bidder has contacted us.
• Ten (10) days after filing a Non-Paying Bidder Alert, we will request a Final Value Fee Credit through Ebay.
• After requesting a final auction value refund, you will no longer be guaranteed to purchase the item.

RETURN POLICY:

• We will accept returns for REFUND if, for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping for all OPENED or UNOPENED merchandise returned to us.Please note that returns for REFUND must be made within 7 days from the receipt of the item.
• All defective merchandise for EXCHANGE must be reported within 10 days from the receipt of item.
• All defective merchandise for REPAIR must be reported within 30 days from the receipt of item.
• If merchandise is not reported within the specified period, RETURN will not be accepted.
• After 30 days from receipt, we will no longer accept any kind of returns.
  

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• The warranty will not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.
• The buyer is liable for the cost for removal and or installation of the unit's expense.
• Buyer/winner who are eligible for EXCHANGE OR REPAIR ships the merchandise at their own expense, defective or not. We take care of the expenses shipping back to you.
• The merchandise must be accompanied by a letter with your Full Name, Item Number and your Telephone Number and the explained defect.
• Merchandise should be returned in its ORIGINAL BOX w/ all packing material, manuals & all else that came w/ it.
• Buyer must email us at mandalaynet@aol.com or call and state the make and model of the item and the defect.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, please retain all tracking information until we ship the new item. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
• Once the package has been delivered please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
• All other returns/refunds will be on a case by case basis.
