BIDDING & PURCHASING

PAYMENT
-Paypal only.
-Paypal payment is due 3 days after the end of the auction.
-If payment is not received within the above time frame, the item will be re-listed.

-Non-paying buyers will be reported to eBay and will result in negative feedback. (Buyers will receive an unpaid item strike from eBay.)
SHIPPING & HANDLING
-USA buyers: Your packages are considered “international”, please allow 1 to 4 weeks’ time for your item to arrive. All packages sent from Canada have to cross the border and go through U.S. Customs which may delay the transit time.
-S/H charges are NOT negotiable.
-S/H charges do NOT include tracking information (unless otherwise stated).
-Transit times given are APPROXIMATE, if you require a guaranteed arrival date, your item will have to be sent by courier. We will gladly obtain a courier estimate for you.
-The item will be wrapped & packaged with utmost care to ensure it arrives safely.
-Item will be shipped 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. Items paid for on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.
-Please check your email during this time period, as we always send out an “item shipped” email.
-There is no shipping on weekends and Holidays.
-COMBINED S/H is available (unless otherwise stated).
-To calculate the combined S/H for jewelry, take the highest S/H charge of all your items, then add U$1.00 for each additional item.
-OTHER ITEMS: Combined S/H is 50% off for each additional item.
-To use combined shipping, all items must be paid for at the same time and within 7 days from when the 1st item was won.
-If you are unsure what the combined shipping total is, please do not pay until we have given you the invoice with the combined shipping total.
-Sorry – local pick up is not available.
INSURANCE
-Shipping insurance is highly recommended but is optional. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged once it leaves our care. The postal receipt is our proof of shipping.

-Should you have any issues with the item after you receive it, please email us first before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We work really hard to ensure everyone is satisfied and we strongly believe we can work out any issues you may have.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
-If you have any questions about the item, please email us before placing your bid.
-All sales are considered FINAL (unless otherwise stated or if item was mis-interpreted). Please read listing carefully before placing your bid.
-If you wish to return the item for any other reason, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
-Returns are not accepted for: Perfume products, beauty products, eyewear and earrings.
-Upon receiving return authorization, the item must be returned within 48 hours and must be returned in its original condition and in original box (if applicable i.e. if item was sent in original retail box).
-If the item was mis-interpreted or defective, a full refund will be issued in the same manner with which the item was paid for.
-If you have simply changed your mind, a refund will be issued minus original S/H, eBay fees, Paypal fees plus the 20% re-stocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for the return freight
