This is a smocked Christmas Dress with three Christmas Wreaths on the smocking. Worn a few times, I can not find anything wrong with it (does need ironed). It is boutique brand Royal child and is size 24 months. It also has a two inch hem at the bottom that can be let out for another possible season of wear! If you have any questions, please let me know.
