PayPal.   We prefer PayPal; it is the fastest and safest way to pay for your eBay purchases. We do not pass on PayPal fees to customers. 

Cheques or Postal Orders.  We accept sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank account or UK postal orders.

Pay on Pickup. We accept payment on delivery or collection for most items. However, this must be completed within 7 days of the auction ending. Please bring the exact amount.

We pack and ship most of our items within 5 - 10 working days (excluding weekends).  We use professional packing items, although material is all environmentally friendly and is recycled, however all parcels are designed to minimise any possibility of damage.  Prices quoted for shipping are based on:

• the cost of postal service or courier
• cost of packaging material used for the item
• cost of time to pack and ship

If you purchase several items at the same time we will combine postage to minimise costs as far as possible.

Postal insurance is included in P & P costs, items will be sent recorded delivery within the UK, and via Royal Mail Airmal International Signed For as far as possible.  We will be happy to assist you in the event of you raising a claim against a courier or postal service.  Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to raise a claim against the shipping company.

OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS

The following constitutes our Terms of Business, and therefore by bidding you are agreeing to abide with these terms. 

Payment we require payment withing 3 days of close of auction, please send cheques or postal orders immediately to ensure they arrive in time.  Failure to pay can result in an unpaid item strike and negative feedback.  If you wish to collect an item then you should do so within 7 days of the auction ending or by prior arrangement.

Postaging and Packing.  Once we have accepted payment, the item becomes the property of the customer and will be sent promptly.  The customer is welcome to collect items within 7 days of the auction ending or they may organise a courier to collect on their behalf.

Loss or Damage Waiver.  We are not liable for any loss or damage once your item has transferred to your shipping agent.  Any loss or damage incurred during the shipping process is a matter between the customer and shipping agent, although we will assist as far as we possibly can. 

Collections.  You are very welcome to collect your purchases, if you wish to collect then please do so within 7 days of the auction ending, please check your invoice for further details.  You will receive a reminder relating to collection of items before the 7 day window expires and then any uncollected items will be resold, unless prior arrangements have been made.  Unfortunately we do not have storage facilities.

Returns and Refunds.  All items are sold as seen therefore any claims for returns and refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving goods.  If there is a clear listing error, or misrepresentation then a full refund will be given including the postage costs (these costs need to be agreed in advance).  We will advise on the postage to be used to return the item and the item needs to be returned in its original packaging.  If an item is returned without appropriate grounds, we are not obliged to refund.    Our liability, without exception, is strictly limited to the price paid for the item.
