acer travelmate 240/250 series parts as shown:

 

 user's guide, battery, power cords, fan and housing, dvd player/cd burner drive, keyboard, intel celeron, misc. screws and laptop cover hinges

I salvaged these parts from my laptop after the display screen went.  I have a good degree of certainty that they should work for you, but cannot be a hundred percent as I am not a computer repair person.
