Game Play:

OPTION 1: Send us your own cartridge with no current save file OR a current save file that we can erase.

We will start you out in Twinleaf Town, right near the beginning of the game. Instead of starting your quest with only one of the starter POKeMON, you will begin with three starter POKeMON at level 5 (Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup). This way, you can progress through the game naturally. Or, you can go to the computer in the nearest POKeMON Center and select whichever of the 493 Level 100 and Shiny POKeMON to play through the game with. The default Trainer's Name is Ash (male) and the default Rival's name is Gary. You may also choose a default Trainer's Name of Dawn (female).

OPTION 2: Send us your cartridge with a save file that you would like to keep.

We can load all of our customizations onto your game, while retaining your original game's progress. This means you can resume at the same point of your current game, just with the addition of the new POKeMON and items that we have added (note you will need enough open boxes to accommodate the addition of the new POKeMON).

Also note for both options - be aware - do not start a new game, or else the data will be erased, and you will lose your 493 Level 100 POKeMON and all game items!!! This game is compatible with Nintendo WiFi for Trades, Wii POKeMON Battle Revolution, and obtaining Mystery Gift POKeMON at Special Events. The game POKeMON are valid - their statistics and data are legitimate - nothing out-of-bounds.

Q: Is a cheat device like the Gameshark used in the creation of this game?

A: No. No cheat devices are used in the creation of this game.

Q: If I customize the Trainer’s name, will each Pokemon be associated with the Trainer’s name?

A: Yes. Otherwise the Pokemon may fall asleep and not obey you.

Q: How many Pokemon can be loaded on the game?

A: A maximum of 540 Pokemon arranged in 18 boxes of 30 Pokemon per box. Please note, there are only 493 unique Pokemon.

Q: Is the Trainer’s ID associated with each Pokemon?

A: Yes. Otherwise this would flag that a Pokemon was obtained from another trainer other than yourself.

Q: Can I request a modification of a specific Pokemon?

A: Yes. If you desire a specific Pokemon to be at a different level, to know specific Battle Moves (up to four), have specific Ribbons, etc – please provide information with payment.

Q. How long will it take to get my game?

A. It depends. I will mail your game within one business day of receiving your game cartridge. A business day is defined as Monday through Friday. I do mail on Saturday. First Class Mail, delivery is 2-to-5 days, depending upon your distance from Columbus, Ohio; Priority Mail in the continental U.S. 1-to-3 days. First Class Mail International is 7-to-30 days; Priority Mail International is 4-to-10 days.

Q. If I find a problem after I leave feedback or the 60 day exchange period has passed, will you take care of it?

A. Yes. I understand that one can not realistically verify every feature/Pokemon. If you have an issue, even if you think you have an issue, please email. I will respond in the same prompt manner as I do to new orders.

Q. Can you assist me in learning how to create these games?

A. I will direct you to use an Internet Search Engine. There are many web sites and forums that discuss this topic.

Q. Should I purchase insurance?

A. This is a personal preference. In 8+ years, >900 transactions, only once has a package not arrived at the destination (even then, I questioned the integrity of the other party based upon their communications). I have not received any requests to file a claim. Insurance is really your choice. I maintain a copy of the postal receipt as evidence that a package was mailed to your location.

Q. If my child accidentally erases the game save file, what can I do?

A. Please email. I will reload the game to the same configuration originally purchased, buyer is responsible for mailing the game back me as well as providing return postage.

Q. Can I trade these POKeMON via the Nintendo WiFi Club?

A. Yes.

Q. Will these POKeMON work with the Nintendo WII POKeMON Battle Revolution?

A. Yes. Some of the later Legendary Pokemon may not work on PBR.

Q. Will this game work on a DS that is not a U.S. model?

A. Yes, the DS games are region free.
