I AM UNSURE THE PROCESSOR SPEED BECAUSE THIS BROKEN AND UNABLE TO TEST, SIMILAR SYSTEMS MODEL 4150 HAVE 1.6-2.0GHZ CPU

SYSTEM LOOKS OKAY BUT WHEN YOU PUSH THE POWER BUTTON THE LIGHTS COME ON THEN IMMEDIATELY SHUT OFF! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM EXCEPT IT DOES NOT WORK!
