All payments must be made through Paypal only. You may pay with your account instantly, or with a credit card instantly through Paypal. You may also pay using an echeck through Paypal as well. International customers, please no echecks. If paying instantly or with your credit card, please do pay right away, no later than 3 days from the close of the auction. An echeck needs to be started right away because they take 3 to 4 business days to clear Paypal, and your order is not mailed out until I am notified that the funds have cleared in my account. Most orders are mailed out within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Larger orders and fragile ones require more time to get packaged up, and may take up to 48 hours to take to the Post Office. International orders are mailed out 3 times a week. Packages go to the Post Office Monday through Friday only. Insurance is required on all orders totaling $20 or more. The insurance you purchase is through Auctiva, not the Postal Service. It is good insurance and your claim is processed much faster so you get your money quickly. I send you an email with claim instructions and a policy number when I mail out your package. I ship using USPS unless it is a large item that would cost less using UPS.
All sales are final. If there is a mistake in the description that is great enough that you would not have purchased the item from me, you will receive a full refund, shipping charges included because of my mistake. I try very hard to accurately describe all items so you will feel like you are viewing them in person. There are no returns on makeup and skincare, lingerie, clothing, any perishable items, and holiday and seasonal items. Please always measure yourself or your gift recipient before ordering clothing. Also, no clearance or bargain priced items may be returned. Please do not buy something you are not sure you will want to keep. It is a waste of my time and money to have to handle returns for buyer's remorse. There is no refund on shipping charges for reasons other than the wrong description. I am able to be contacted Monday through Saturday, from 9 AM until 6 PM, and later if I am still working. Sunday is my day of rest, the Lord's day, and I will only communicate with you if there is an emergency. Things can always wait until Monday morning to get resolved. If you email me through Ebay's 'Ask a seller a question' I will get back to you within 12 hours. If you use regular email instead, I check that every three to four days if I am very busy in my store. So if there is an address change, or any other important information, use ebay's message system, or your package may get sent to the wrong place, or your order may not be as you want it to be. Please do not leave notes in the notes section of your Paypal payment, because I may not get a chance to read it before the package is prepared for shipment. I have super customer service, and I am willing to do what it takes to make you happy. I do not answer angry insulting emails, so please keep your tone friendly. I am an educated, intelligent person, and I don't need to be treated like some young kid who does not know anything yet.
