Mint sealed in canister - never opened ~ canister itself in mint condition

Canister indicates this is a complete kit for a 4-foot inflatable plastic kite w/ tail (a shake of the canister yielded a sound as plausibly that of said contents) ~ canister has metal endcaps and measures 14"  ~ endcaps are permanent - to open canister you must tear the cardboard as directed
