HTF CENTURY 21 REAL ESTATE COOKIE JAR - MADE IN USA












This listing is for a CENTURY 21 REAL ESTATE COOKIE JAR.  I bought the jar new and it has never been used and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The jar displays wonderful because of it's great detail and very high quality appearance. It measures about 8" tall and approximately 10" wide. This jar weighs in at about 8 1/2 pounds, so expect shipping to be a little more cost. We will contact/invoice winning bidder within 24 hours of auctions end. Winning bidder agrees to pay S/H stated in description. A small charge (1.00 to 2.00 dollars) will be added for packing materials if item needs to be boxed for shipping. PAYPAL is the only means of payment that eBay will allow us to accept. Payment is due within 5 days of auction's end. Please ask any question's before bidding and preferably before last day of auction to ensure you receive an answer.


We ship most items by USPS Priority Mail, UPS Parcel Post, or UPS Ground. We usually check all the shipping services and get the best deal for our customers. The shipping charges stated in the auction are a worst case scenario. At the end of the auction we will check with the shipping services and give you your choice based on cost, etc.. Fragile items will be stuffed (to eliminate voids), wrapped in bubble wrap, and double boxed to assure the item arrives safely. Insurance is usually optional and recommended, some items I may specifically require insurance, for example very fragile or expensive items. We are not responsible for shipped items that are lost or damaged. If you value the item then please insure it, once I have handed it over to the shipping agent what happens to your package is completely out of my hands. Uninsured items are shipped at buyers risk! We will combine items to save on shipping if possible. We generally ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


Unless stated as "NEW", all items we sell are vintage or used, and are being sold "AS IS". Normal wear or imperfections are typical of vintage pieces. If we find something that is obviously distracting, we will note it in the description. We try our best to accurately describe the items we list and their condition. Items may be returned in the original packaging within 3 days after receiving the item. We do not guarantee a refund on shipping. Shipping refunds depend on the reason and circumstances for the return. We try very hard to accurately describe our items, but if for some reason we miss a major flaw, shipping charges will be on us. We are long time collectors that have decided to downsize our collections and pass some of the treasures we have accumulated through the years to another crazy person.
