Questions
When in doubt ask questions. As mentioned, I am a stay at home mom. I am very attentive to Ebay during school hours (8-3). Once the kids our home, my focus shifts to them. I always try to check the auctions once in the evening. When considering sizes, please refer to the measurements provided and ask for more if needed. Sometimes it is hard to determine if a garment is a Junior/Girls or Junior/Misses.

Payment
Payment should be made within 5 days of auction end. After 7 days, we will file an unpaid item claim. The claim will be dropped once payment is received, but this is the only way we receive a refund on listing and selling fees should payment fail to arrive. Shipping
We ship within 24 business hours, and can often ship same day for payments received before 9 AM CST. If 2-3 day delivery is required, please ask for a Priority Shipping quote.

Shipping costs include not only postage but packing materials, we try to recycle when possible but often need to use new items.

Insurance will be included in handling charges, when we feel it is necessary particularly with fragile or expensive items.
