This Company was a Major Producer of Precision Optics about a Half Century ago but has since been subsumed into Steego which also produced High Level Auto Components.

The Vignette is well chosen: a Magnificent Eagle spreading its wings - and using its Eagle Eyes - in search of prey!

No. C 010083 and is dated January 9, 1964 - Right after New Year's!!!  I say "Virtually Pristine" because it has the normal punch-cancellations on the side and some pinholes at the top left but against a white background as shown that is hardly noticeable.  Most importantly, the beautiful vignette remains free and clear of cancellations!  It measures 8 inches by 12 inches.]
