KnightHouse Sports offers a wide selection of athletic shoes, licensed team apparel, clothing, accessories and equipment from major label companies. Since our inception in 2005, we have grown by following three core principles:

Product
We only sell name brand products that we acquire directly from US manufacturer and distributors. All of our footwear is brand new in the box and all apparel will have retail tags attached. Please be wary of sellers who sell items without tags or boxes.

Price
Most items sold on KnightHouse Sports have starting auction pricing well below retail, with reasonable “Buy It Now” pricing. When you compare the cost buying from others or in a retail store that charges sales tax, the advantage that KnightHouse Sports provides is clear. In addition, we offer products that are exclusive to certain regions on the country and therefore not widely available.

Customer Service
Our goal is to provide the best possible customer service on eBay. We do not limit ourselves just to having the best products and prices. We pride ourselves in providing timely responses to questions. We want you to feel the personalized attention at KnightHouse Sports that larger companies and sellers fail to offer.

Does the item come in the original box or is it used?
All items come 100% brand new in the original box unless otherwise noted in the auction.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number when your item ships.

Do you have any additional sizes or styles in stock?
No, everything we have in stock can be found on eBay.

eBay requests that buyers rate sellers on four categories. Our goal is to achieve a 5-Star Feedback in all categories from our customers. If you have concerns about your purchase and are not able to give a 5-Star Feedback in any category, please feel free to email us your concerns. Our goal is to continually provide the highest level of satisfaction on eBay.

We have a 7-day return policy (from date of receipt) on all unworn, new items purchased.

All returns must be received in the original condition they were sent. When returning shoes, please return in a box or wrapped so that the box is not destroyed.

Once the item is returned, we will send you a “Mutually agree not to complete transaction” form, from eBay. Once accepted, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price minus a $5 restocking fee. The restocking fee is used to recover the costs associated with the auction and processing of the item. No shipping fees are refunded.  If your item was shipped for free, the restocking fee is $10 dollars.

If you are returning an item due to a sizing issue, and we have the size you need available, the restocking fee is waived, but all additional shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

You must contact KnightHouse Sports before sending back any item. In addition, please make sure to include some documentation with the return explaining the reason for the return along with the original auction number. This will ensure the return process runs smoothly for all parties
