Shipping rate covers handling/packaging fees & in some cases tracking fees. ~We also do our best to ensure packages get to where they are going safely. We package items very well, as our feedback will also validate. However, there are times when no matter what one does the postal service can somehow find ways to damage merchandise, therefore we highly recommend insurance. We are not to be held responsible for damage done by the postal service. We attend many estate sales/auctions, etc. so you just never know what we will be listing next! If you are intersted in more than one auction item please be sure to email us and let us know so that we may discuss shipping costs.
Payment: Payment must be made within 3 days of the close of the auction, unless arrangments have been made ahead of time. Unfortunately because of the new feedback policy we have been getting a number of nonpayment, so have had to reduce the time payment is needed in order to be able to relist items in a timely manner when those situations arise. Items that are not paid for will be reauctioned & filing for lost fees will take place, which generally results in an unpaid item strike against those buyers.
Returns: Just like live auctions, unless otherwise noted in the above listing, all sales are final. Please be sure to email with questions prior to bidding if you are not certain about the item. We try to answer questions as quickly as possible. If we have indicated money back guarantee this is only if the item is returned to us in the same condition it was delivered to you! Unfortunatenly, there are a few dishonest people out there who make it bad for everyone.
