This is the complete Fisher Price Flay Family Village from the 70's.  This was FP's largest playset.  This was my own toy as a child (only child).  All original pieces and people are included, as is the original box.  The play set is in excellent condition with some bubbling in the lithos only.  All moving parts and the fire siren work flawlessly.  All plastics are intact - no breaks or cracks.  The box is in fair condition but complete.  Happy to answer any questions regarding this set.
