This is a Homedics 5 motor  back & seat massager with heat.  The hand controller allws you to set it the way you like it.  It has a 110 AC plug as well as a 12 volt adapter plug for the car.  I tried it out and it works fine and has plenty of power for this type of massager.  It is still in the origionl box.  I inherited this out of my father's estate.  I know that he did not use it but a few times, like most of the things he ordered.
