Colonial Minuteman Electric Table Lamp 36"

This auction is for an old Colonial Minuteman electric table lamp.  It's has a date on the back 1971 and then a name which I can't make out and IND for Indiana.  This was purchased at an estate sale so I don't know very much about it.  As you can see in the pictures it does work but the the wiring is very loose and he is loose on the base.  Which someone would be able to fix...but he does light up.  I'm not sure what he is made of I thought maybe resin but just don't know.  He weights exactly 10 pounds and measures 36" tall.  The base measures approximately 7 1/2" square.  He is in fair condition due to his age and could use a good cleaning.  He is missing a lampeshade.
