please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) if you are not happy with your purchase

we'll issue a RA# upon confirmation and request that you send the shoes back for a refund

shoes must be returned in their original retail box & in the same, brand new, unused condition that you received them in, in order to be considered for a refund.

if we find that the shoes have been worn or if the original retail box and/or packaging is missing, we will NOT issue a refund and have the shoes shipped back to you.

please note: the retail box MUST NOT be taped, stamped, stickered, etc. please use your OWN shipping box and NOT the shoe box itself to return the shoes in, thank you!

once we receive the returned pair, we'll contact you and send off your refund immediately in the same means that payment was originally received!
